1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk1945 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pk1945 at pk1945.pro, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them in full.

These Terms apply to all sections of pk1945, including Live Casino, Slots, Casino, Fish Games, Betting, Bet and the VIP Programme. Where a specific game, promotion or section has its own supplementary terms, those terms apply alongside these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms for that section or promotion take precedence.

pk1945 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pk1945, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk1945 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be accessing pk1945 for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a pk1945 employee in a role that involves direct platform operations or game management.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming platforms based on your personal circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.

pk1945 does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with any rules that apply to your individual situation.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pk1945. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or someone else's information is a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pk1945 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pk1945 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so we can secure your account.

• One account per player — no exceptions.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Account sharing with other individuals is not permitted.
• pk1945 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on pk1945 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance. What you deposit is credited in PKR and what you withdraw is sent in PKR to your chosen payment method.

Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer from major Pakistan banks, debit cards and credit cards. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your pk1945 balance within seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing times of your financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed by pk1945 within standard timelines. Players on standard accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within one business day. VIP Gold tier and above receive same-day processing as standard. pk1945 does not apply any withdrawal fee on our side — the amount you request is the amount sent to your payment method.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposits on the same account, where applicable.
• pk1945 may request identity documents before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal rules.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your pk1945 balance. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pk1945 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. The wagering multiple is always stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate bonus balance within your account. Real money funds are used first when placing bets unless the game mechanics specify otherwise.
• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino, Casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household and per payment method is permitted. Attempting to claim a new player bonus multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• pk1945 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

6 Game Rules and Player Conduct

Every game category available at pk1945 — including Live Casino, Slots, Casino (RNG), Fish Games, Betting and Bet — operates under its own specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game or section and form part of these overall Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before playing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited across all sections of pk1945:

• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or reverse-engineer any game, software or system on the pk1945 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with games without genuine manual input.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in Live Casino games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or malfunctions in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings derived from a clear software error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour toward live dealers, other players or pk1945 staff via any communication channel on the platform.
• Using the pk1945 platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud or other unlawful activity.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant fixture as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For Cricket and PSL markets, the official scorecard and match result as recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) is used for settlement. In the event of a disputed result, pk1945's decision on settlement is final pending review of official sources.

For Live Casino, the result of each round as recorded by the pk1945 system is final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be settled based on the game state recorded at the point the round was completed. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue on pk1945's side, any bets placed for that round will be voided and returned to your balance.

7 VIP Programme

The pk1945 VIP programme rewards players for their wagering activity across all game sections. Every eligible PKR bet placed on Live Casino, Slots, Casino, Fish Games, Betting or Bet accumulates toward your VIP tier total. The specific wagering thresholds required to reach and maintain each tier are displayed in the VIP section of your account.

• VIP tiers and their associated benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, PKR bonuses and exclusive content access — are set by pk1945 and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• VIP status and accumulated tier points are personal to your individual account and cannot be transferred to another player or combined with another account.
• Tier maintenance requirements apply. Failing to meet the minimum wagering activity within the tier review period may result in a tier downgrade. The review period and minimum activity threshold are displayed in the VIP section.
• VIP cashback is calculated and credited according to the schedule and rate applicable to your current tier. Cashback credited as bonus funds is subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the VIP programme terms.
• pk1945 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme if that player is found to have breached any part of these Terms, including through bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk1945 is an entertainment platform for adults. We take our responsibility to provide a safe gaming environment seriously. The following tools are available to every pk1945 account holder and can be activated through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. You will be notified when your session limit is approaching and logged out when it is reached.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net PKR position during the session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period or request permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on pk1945 — including but not limited to the pk1945 name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of pk1945 or its content and technology partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pk1945 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the pk1945 platform without prior written permission. Using pk1945 content for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

pk1945 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted, pk1945 is not liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including bonus abuse leading to account suspension.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where you are not permitted to do so.
• Any indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind arising from your use of pk1945.
• Technical failures caused by your device, internet connection or third-party payment processors outside pk1945's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk1945's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence on our part.

11 Privacy and Data

pk1945 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operations. The full details of how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering and using pk1945, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, request corrections and request deletion of your data subject to applicable retention requirements. Contact the pk1945 support team to exercise any of these rights.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pk1945 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through a notice on the platform, an email to your registered address, or both. Continued use of pk1945 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you should stop using pk1945 and may request account closure through the support team. Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at that time, provided your account is in good standing.
